Howard is responsible for the development of government and military contracting for the company’s suite of safety management solutions. Prior to joining Polaris, Howard was a GS-14, Deputy Branch Chief at Headquarters United States Special Operations Command, responsible for developing and managing software solutions for joint Special Operations readiness-related activities. Howard retired as a lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Air Force Reserves after 20 years and held dual ratings as a navigator and electronic warfare officer. Howard has a B.S. in Geo-Environmental Science and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science.
