Madeline Young is responsible for leading the development and execution of Polaris Aero’s product roadmap, ensuring the company’s safety and risk management solutions align with the Polaris mission and vision, customer needs, and applicable industry standards, regulations, and best practices. In her role as Vice President of Product, she works closely with customers, developers, and industry stakeholders to translate operational safety challenges into practical, scalable software capabilities.Prior to her current role, Madeline served as Product Manager and Manager of Customer Experience and Safety Training at Polaris Aero. Her business aviation background also includes positions as a Safety Specialist, Compliance Specialist, and Fleet Optimization Specialist at a Part 135 charter operator, as well as experience with Fixed Base Operators, the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics, and the United States Senate.Madeline holds a Master of Engineering degree in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in Air Transportation from the University of Nebraska at Omaha Aviation Institute. She is a licensed private pilot and a Graduate Safety Practitioner recognized by the American Society of Safety Professionals. An active educator and industry contributor, Madeline serves as adjunct faculty for both the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a frequent presenter at industry events, including the Bombardier Safety Standdown, IBAC SafetyNet webinars, and regional and organizational safety forums.
