Polaris Aero achieved several milestones in 2023. Following is a quick run-down of new additions to VOCUS applications and services. Inaugural VOCUS Vanguard Forum 

Polaris Aero hosted the first VOCUS Vanguard Forum in 2023, bringing together VOCUS users and the Polaris Aero team for a day of education and networking. Don't miss VOCUS Vanguard 2024, happening this June, in Scottsdale, AZ.

Launch of Safety Services Division

Polaris Aero launched a new Safety Services division, which helps clients use the VOCUS Safety Intelligence software more effectively. Safety Services expands our ongoing customer support, offering VOCUS customers training options, interim safety management support, and more.

Product Stability and Customer Responsiveness 

Our in-house development team affords us the ability to develop and maintain our product with excellent efficiency and stability. We maintained 99.995% uptime (availability of our app and website to the user), with zero unplanned downtime. 

ForeFlight Dispatch Integration 

In 2023, we officially launched our integration with ForeFlight Dispatch. This integration expands the opportunity for FlightRisk users to have a seamless experience across their scheduling, flight planning, dispatch, and risk assessment software tools. Critically, FlightRisk risk assessments are now accessible via the ForeFlight Dispatch Mobile app! This capability also comes with a new feature that automatically updates any risk assessment for a trip scheduled within the next 10 days, with increasing frequency the closer you get to departure, ensuring timeliness and relevance of risk assessment information and advisories. 

GroundRisk Launch 

We completed the highly-anticipated launch of our GroundRisk application. Designed for ‘ground’ operators (including FBOs, MROs, maintenance departments, etc.), this app collates schedules, data, and company-specific operational parameters to produce real-time risk assessments. Consider it an all-in-one schedule and risk assessment software. 

Portuguese Translations in SMS 

Added to our list of available product translations is Portuguese! 

NASA Small Business Innovation Research Award

In 2023, Polaris Aero received a NASA Phase 1 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) award, which will be used to research the integration of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) into our cloud-based VOCUS Safety Intelligence platform. The research will extend into 2024.
